Visitors and residents kicked off summer with a special event to celebrate the grand opening of four new townhome models from Minto ' s Courtyard Collection !
Everyone enjoyed a live concert by Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers plus an assortment of food trucks , games , giveaways and all kinds of activities for the whole family . Visitors toured the new models to explore three stunning floorplans — the Rose , Ivy and Coral .
